This is a 50 M $ rehabilitation project involving 27 appartment buildings (183 appartments) located within the quadrant formed by Robert Boulevard , Jean-Rivard Street,  25th avenue et Choquette street in the east-end of Montréal.

This project includes :

The demolition of 6 buildings,  selective demolition, fungal decontamination and complete rehabilitation of the 21 remaining structures as well as construction of a new street

The work is set to continue through spring 2019
