Office renovations in a 15 000 sq. ft. existing building, on three (3) floors.  The work included demolition and complete dismantling of existing installations.  Installation and upgrading of all plumbing and electricity as well as total replacement of the heating and cooling system.  Partitions, painting, flooring and lighting.  Installation of an elevator for the 3 floors.  Construction of a non-combustible terrace in the back of the building.
