Description

Construction of a two-storey building divided into 12 industrial condos with a combined surface area of 32 000 sq. ft.  Each condo includes 2 toilets, a 1770 sq. ft. garage and 2 floors of office space or other installations.  The project also included construction of a parking lot with 114 spaces and landscaping such as : 

• Grass surfaces.
• Lampposts and built-in LED lighting.
• Trees, shrubs and ever-greens.
• Storage area for containers.
