Description
Major renovation of the Maison du Citoyen in Pointe-Aux-Trembles, built in 1922. :
- Complete redevelopment of the existing building's 4 floors (a 50 000 sq. ft. surface area).
- Complete refurbishment of the existing masonry inside.
- Integration of a building expansion to the existing building.
- Work on the underpinnings, formwork for the concrete structures of the expansion and walls reinforced to withstand seismic activity.
- Supply and installation of a new panoramic elevator.
- Work included electrical, HVAC, fire protection and geothermal systems.
- Complete reconstruction of the roof.
